Confero, Inc. (www.conferoinc.com), a national customer experience measurement firm, has announced that Elaine Buxton, president, will join a workshop panel discussion, "The New Business Model: Growing Your Business in Challenging Economic Times," on Thursday, March 18 from 3:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Enterprising Women of the Year Awards. Buxton is a member of the Enterprising Women Advisory Board for Enterprising Women magazine, and she will join fellow board members in the panel discussion focusing on how each has adapted her company’s business model to meet the challenges of a recessionary economy. Buxton will discuss how targeted customer experience and social media strategies can positively impact business growth.

"I am pleased to be selected as a panelist for The New Business Model workshop," said Buxton. "As business owners, we have all endured a life-changing experience over the past two years during this recession. Each of us has had to make changes as challenges presented themselves, and many businesses are examining ways to improve their customer experiences as a way to differentiate from the competition. This can have a tremendous impact on how businesses grow in our sluggish economy, and I am excited to share my insight and discuss the tactics that have been successful."
