Community groups and projects across Scotland are being urged to enter this year's Dynamic Place Awards.

The competition, organised by Scottish Enterprise, aims to celebrate place making and innovation in Scotland.

COPE Enterprises in Lerwick - which provides support and employment to adults with disabilities - scooped the top prize in 2004. An Scottish Enterprise spokesman said: "We're looking for projects which have helped build a 'Dynamic Place': something that's enriched people's lives, transformed an area and created an attractive place for people to live and work."
