Hampshire-based Southern Communications has launched it's new website after 6 months of gruelling work by it's in-house design team.

The new content-rich web pages are aimed at servicing customers, both new and existing, with all the telecoms information they need when faced with changing or upgrading thier telecoms services.

The phone systems section includes detailed product information backed up with videos, user guides and brochures, and the Calls and lines section give detailed advice and information on what to look for and expect when sourcing cheaper call providers.

Business customers who want cheaper phone calls now have a new tool to easily upload bills and information for quick analysis, simplifying the task of comparing providers.

The new business mobile and broadband microsites are full of detail with comparisons and online shopping faciltiies, and the custromer area remains in place to allow clients to view phone bills online with the free call logging tool.

The popular telecoms technical guide has had a major update and facelift, with a dedicated "ask a question" page allowing visitors to pose any telecoms-related question they like.

Head of Marketing Dean Colmer says "A lot of firms are convinced Telecoms is a complex business, and they go online looking mostly for help and information. Our job was to make the telecoms world straightforward, giving visitors everything they need without having to surf for hours."

The site was launched on April 27th. Brochure and user guide downloads have proved popular, and new business enquiries are flooding in.
