ROCHESTER, N.Y. (June 29th, 2005) Ask anyone and they’ll tell you they have had good days and bad days. But what – or who – has taught that individual what constitutes a bad or good day?

Seran Wilkie, President of the Mental Efficiency Group, LLC, and Director for the Center for Mental Efficiency, challenges the societal norms responsible for that "bad day" viewpoint. In her most recent book, what a day…What a Day! Seran tells readers, "having a ‘bad day’ attitude creates low mental efficiency and having a ‘good day’ attitude creates high mental efficiency."

The trick is learning how to turn that bad day into a good day. Her book, what a day…What a Day! follows a fictional character named Guy throughout a ‘bad day’ …and points out how a few critical changes in viewpoint, at critical moments, could have prevented the downhill slide Guy experienced.

"Our learned and chosen responses let bad days happen," Seran says. "In my book, you will learn to create positive responses. I give you a minute-by-minute approach to help you learn how to never have another bad day."

what a day…What a Day! will transform your outlook on life. It will help you build and maintain high mental efficiency using the power of choice, changing the perceptions you have of the world, and understanding that "there are no designated bad days for you."
