Commoditrade Statement Regarding Press Speculation

The Board of Commoditrade (the "Board", "Commoditrade" or "the Company") notes the recent press speculation. The Board can confirm that it is in preliminary discussions with a number of parties regarding a possible offer for the Company. There can be no certainty that these discussions will lead to a formal offer being made for the issued share capital of the Company.

A further announcement will be made as appropriate.

In the event that an offer is made for the Commoditrade Company it will not be subject to the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

Corvus Capital Inc, Andrew Regan’s international investment company, owns 21.1 per cent of the issued ordinary shares in Gable Holdings Inc.
