FRASER OPENS IN THAILAND

Bangkok – Fraser, the premier international serviced residence management company with gold standard residences in Singapore, Shenzhen, Seoul, Manila, London and Paris, has entered the Thai market by opening Fraser Place Serviced Residences in Langsuan, Bangkok.

Fraser Serviced Residences has made an agreement with Siamphan Enterprise Public Co., Ltd., whereupon Fraser occupies 36 floors, featuring 131 studio, one, two, three and four bedroom serviced residences on Soi Langsuan, Bangkok.

"We are thrilled to be opening in Bangkok. We see tremendous potential for Fraser in Asia and one of our key goals is to further expand in those regions. Besides Thailand, we also intend to expand into Chinese cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu and Shanghai," said Ms. Cheah Chin Kim, General Manager for Fraser.

Fraser Place Serviced Residences are decorated in a contemporary style; each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette as well as entertainment and communication facilities.
