Martin W. Brossman is the Director of CoachingSupport.com, an organization committed to supporting people in living lives they love. He is a trainer and personal coach, specializing in communications, career direction, conflict resolution, coaching and team effectiveness. A graduate of St. Andrews College, he has 20 years of professional experience including organizing and operating small firms and a personal consulting business. About Mike Gilles:
Mike Gilles, J.D., Director of Human Resources and General Counsel, has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 1983 and has specialized in Employment Law and Human Resources Management in a variety of settings. Before joining Castleton in May of 2004, Mike had been a partner in one of the leading law firms in North Carolina and had also been employed as the Director of Employment Practices for Oakwood Homes Corporation, a company that employed over 10,000 people in Manufacturing, Retail and Financing divisions operating in over 30 states. Mike also has significant experience as a teacher in college and community college and as a trainer in various employment settings. He holds a B.A. in English Education from the University of Evansville, a Masterís Degree and Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of Missouri, and a law degree from the University of Georgia.
