Active Wear for Kids: Zio Sport Adds Veteran, Moves East

Veteran children’s clothing professional, David Lefelstein, is Zio Sport’s new East Coast representative. Lefelstein has worked in the children’s apparel industry for 42 years.

Lefelstein and Zio Sport’s four other representatives across the country bring more than 150 years of experience to the children’s active wear company. In addition, Lefelstein’s acquisition expands Zio Sport’s reach into East Coast markets.

"The colors, design and style of the Zio Sport line is what drew me to it," said Lefelstein. "The fabric feels great. Overall, the quality of Zio Sport apparel is excellent."

Lefelstein has seen a shift in children’s apparel with parents and kids demanding stylish, yet durable clothing.

"The quality of children’s clothing is better. Zio Sport’s exclusive cool-edge fabric is great. There is definitely room for this in the children’s apparel market," said Lefelstein.

Lefelstein will represent Zio Sport in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and
Delaware.
