About Jennifer Tea:
Jennifer is a native North Carolinian with eight years experience in Human Resources. Having joined Castleton in 1999, she has held the positions of HR Account Manager and Benefits Manager prior to her current role as Director of Client Service. As Director of Client Service, Jennifer is responsible for managing Castleton’s client service initiatives.
Jennifer is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and is a member of the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association, as well as a national member of the Society of Human Resource Management. In addition to her professional memberships, Jennifer is an active community volunteer and is a member of Junior League of Raleigh. Jennifer resides in Holly Springs, NC with her husband, Travis.

About Jodi M. Cheek:
Jodi M. Cheek, a Strategic Human Resources Professional for The Castleton Group, received her Bachelors degree in Accounting at Eastern Illinois University in 1996, her MBA from Meredith College in 2002, and began working with The Castleton Group in 2005. As a Strategic Human Resources Professional, her responsibilities include leading her client service team while consistently analyzing her accounts to ensure our clients are getting the human resources services they need. The Strategic HR Partner focuses on the big picture of a company’s human resources matters including implementing strategic solutions such as training, performance management, employee retention strategies, compensation plans, hiring systems, and human resource audits. Before working with The Castleton Group, Jodi worked in Accounting with Christy Sports, LLC in Denver, and moved to Raleigh in 1998 to become the Human Resource Director for Thetford Property Management. As a Human Resource Professional, her duties included consulting on the strategic direction of a client’s management team and ensuring that their employees’ payroll and benefits are correct. Jodi has received the Outstanding Achievement Award and the Most Dedicated Employee from Thetford Properties.

About Denise Leerkes:
Denise Leerkes, a Strategic Human Resources Professional for The Castleton Group, received her BA in psychology from East Carolina University in 2003 and a MA in industrial and organizational psychology in 2005. Denise began working with The Castleton Group in 2005. As a Strategic Human Resources Professional, her responsibilities include leading her client service team while consistently analyzing her accounts to ensure our clients are getting the human resources services they need. The Strategic HR Partner focuses on the big picture of a company’s human resources matters including implementing strategic solutions such as training, performance management, employee retention strategies, compensation plans, hiring systems, and human resource audits.
