TriHealth Selects Cincom’s Intelligent Guided Registration Solution to Reduce Denial Rates and Claim

CINCINNATI, OH –– Cincom Systems announces that TriHealth Inc., on behalf of Bethesda Hospital, Inc. and Good Samaritan Hospital of Cincinnati has selected Cincom’s Intelligent Guided Registration (IGR) solution to streamline its registration processes, decrease errors and reduce insurance eligibility claim denial rates.

Using Cincom’s IGR Solution, TriHealth will equip the registration staff with access to real-time decision support and guide the selection of insurance "mnemonics" or codes. Cincom’s solution will also assist collection of other information such as Medicare Secondary Payer questions. The improved registration process will reduce registration data errors, claim payment delays and denial rework efforts. In addition, it will improve registrar compliance, training and employee satisfaction, thus impacting turnover rates that directly affect efficiency.
