Food for the Mind and Body- An Event

A book signing sponsored by the Sunset and Gumbo radio show and will be held at Walkers BBQ Smoke Pit in Lakewood, California . The hilarious radio duo Sunset and Gumbo will broadcast live from the event. The event will feature authors J Love (“Heavy in the Game", "The Game Don't Wait") and MG Hardie (“It Ain't Just The Size”, “EveryDay Life”) as well as motivational speaker and author Shay Olivarria.

Great books, great authors and great barbecue. On Saturday, October 23, 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm let your nose be your guide and let the sauce drippings be your bookmark.
