The classic fairy tale set to an amazing score by Prokofiev has long been a favourite of audiences across the world, transporting them to a magical world for the duration of the performance.

With wonderful choreography from Sir Frederick Ashton, this production will be produced by Wendy Ellis Soames and will star prima ballerina Alina Cojocaru in the principal role with Federico Bonelli, Rupert Pennefeather, Sergei Polunin and Steven McCrae in the role of the handsome prince.
Running from November 20th to December 29th 2010 at the iconic Covent Garden location, the Royal Ballet’s production of Cinderella promises a real winter treat for lovers of dance. Tickets range in price from £6 to £110 and are available from the Royal Opera House box office in person, online or over the phone.

Lek Boonlert, Head of Marketing at, said: "Many people like to visit London in the run up to Christmas and with productions such as Cinderella from the Royal Ballet being staged at the same time, there are even more motivations for people to make a trip to London. For this reason many of the best London hotels will become booked up during this period, so we would advise anyone travelling to the city to secure their accommodation well in advance in order to avoid being disappointed."
