Big Bull Creative, http://bigbullcreative.com, NH New Hampshire Massachusetts Graphic Design Marketing Company is pleased to announce for their new client, the Grand opening of Fitness Together, a unique, personal one on one training experience.
Fitness Together in Salem NH, opened March 6th, by fitness enthusiast Jeff Peterson. Fitness Together’s philososphy is "One Client, One Trainer, One Goal". Jeff graduated from Norwich University in 1992 and is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
"I’m inspired to do this because it’s a great feeling when someone who has little or no confidence in regards to exercise, nutrition, and how they look literally changes before your eyes. When you’re in shape your whole attitude towards everything in your life is improved", exclaims Jeff.
Fitness Together provides private one on one training for each client. Each client is provided with their own room, equipment, and a customized program. Each workout is based on the client’s current level of fitness, yet the intensity of the workouts increase. An evaluation is done periodically between six to eight weeks to evaluate the client’s progress.
Jeff explains that Fitness Together is unlike Gym and Health club environments, because of the personalized attention. Fitness Together is a by appointment only facility, where a client and trainer work together to achieve results and no one is left to do it alone.
"We are inviting the public to an open house on April 20th from 5-8 pm, to learn more about this unique training experience," says Jeff.

Fitness together is located at 240 North Broadway in Salem, New Hampshire.
