Better Bathrooms Awarded 5 Star Seller Status By Nextag

After teaming up with online price comparison website, Nextag, Better Bathrooms has today announced that is has been awarded a 5 star seller rating.

For over 2 years, the bathrooms and tiles retailer has been selling its products via the online shopping portal, but only recently has it implemented the customer feedback survey service provided by Nextag. After a period of only a month, it has already managed to generate enough feedback from its customers to be classified as a 5 star seller.

The Nextag seller rating is based purely on genuine customer reviews who have purchased from Better Bathrooms but via the Nextag website. Upon checkout, any customer who visited the www.betterbathrooms.com website and purchased after viewing a product on the Nextag website, is offered the opportunity to take part in a survey to score the retailer on criteria such as value for money, quality of product offering, website usability and also an overall rating on their shopping experience.

Achieving a 5 star rating means that Better Bathrooms has, on average, been awarded 5 stars over all the scoring criteria on a consistent basis.
