Sentido Hotels & Resorts has announced that from November 2010 to March 2011, the Sentido Tabarka Beach Resort is offering guests who would like to familiarize themselves with the pleasant sensation of thalasso therapy a trial treatment in the hotel's own thalasso therapy center.

When booking any application of their choice, guests are welcome to try another one free of charge with the only prerequisite being a minimum stay of four days.

In its 2,400 square meter thalasso therapy center, a fully trained staff of twelve - including a physician, therapists and two cosmetologists - looks after the well-being of the guests, using only sea water and products derived from the sea, such as mud, algæ and sand.

Besides the thalasso treatments, the Tabarka Beach Resort also offers hikes and strolls in the adjoining pine forest - the so-called "Black Forest" of Tunisia - or in downtown Tabarka, just two kilometers away. Horseback rides, mountain biking or a round of golf on the nearby course are further activities, which can get started right from the hotel. Aqua-gymnastics, pilates, jogging or power walking on the beach as part of the "Sentido Entertainment Concept" supplement the extensive fitness package.

The Sentido Tabarka Beach Resort is located in an area still relatively unknown to tourism in the "green" north-west of Tunisia and specializes in beach and golf holidays along with thalasso therapy treatments. The resort is right beside a pine forest and direct on the sea with an underwater coral world. The guests can choose from 255 rooms and suites, each with a balcony or terrace, as well as a presidential suite, located in the main building and smaller villas. The main restaurant with buffet, an à la carte restaurant, a grill by the pool and on the beach, as well as a Moorish café provide ample dining pleasure. An evening show, a casino, an entertainment center and a cocktail lounge make for a perfect close to the day. Further attractions include an indoor and outdoor pool, a wellness area with a thalasso therapy center and an active pool. Golf enthusiasts get their money's worth on the hotel’s own 18-hole course nestled in a picturesque landscape between the coast and the foothills of the Kroumine mountain range. Beyond that a number of different sports are available, including diving, archery, riding, tennis, ping-pong, fitness and billiards.

The Sentido Hotels & Resorts can be booked on the Internet portal or from travel providers Thomas Cook Reisen and Neckermann Reisen.
