Erika Mangrum, president of Iatria Day Spa, has announced that the company will present life coach, author and American Spa magazine columnist Elizabeth Trinkaus in a life-changing Mighty Isis Club workshop on Wednesday, May 9 and Wednesday, August 9 at the Castleton Group training and conference center at 4101 Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh from 6-7 p.m. as part of the Iatria Living Series. Trinkaus is a columnist for American Spa Magazine and co-author of "Conversations On Success" with Deepak Chopra and Mark Victor Hansen.

The Mighty Isis Club provides insight for women into developing the skills and mindset to live and celebrate life, recognize their power over the past and to experience shifts in thinking in an affirming and life-changing way.
