The Hotel and Catering Show 2011 is the stage for the Wessex Salon Culinaire which will be looking to find the best young chefs and service professionals. During the competition chefs will have to show their creativity and ability in cooking a number of dishes while the waiters and waitresses will also be judged on professionalism.

On display at the expo will also be the latest products and services for the hotel and catering industry including new innovations in cooking equipment, IT services to streamline the running of venues as well as suppliers of the freshest produce. Attendees can also see demonstrations from leading chefs such as Brian Turner who will be taking audiences through some of his favourite recipes.

All the stands, competitions and demonstrations are being held at the Bournemouth International Centre from 15th to 16th March 2011. The show is the biggest event of its kind in the South East and due to the number of exhibitors taking part, as well as attendees, demand for a hotel Bournemouth is going to be high.
