NEW MEXICO NATIVE CONDUCTS “THE JOY OF WRITING GRANTS” WORKSHOP

A workshop, on how to learn innovative and proven techniques to improve your skills in preparing more successful grant proposals, will be held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. September 19 at Comfort Suites, 1435 Avienda de las Americas in Santa Fe.

Conducted by Don Myers, New Mexico native and graduate of the University of New Mexico, the workshop will cover finding sources of grants, mistakes to avoid, types of grants available, major components of a grant proposal and finding Internet funding sources, among other subjects.
Open to representatives and employees of municipal, county, state, school and nonprofit organizations, workshop fees are $195 per person for professionals and $145 for those connected with nonprofit organizations. Group rates are available upon request.
