The "How to Communicate with Difficult People" workshop reveals tips and
techniques for greater harmony in the workplace. Two separate workshops
will be held on Tuesdays, May 22 and June 5, from 8 - 10 a.m. at the office
of Calmas Associates, 62 Fairway Road, Chestnut Hill, Mass., 02467.

Led by Dr. Wilfred Calmas, MBA and Ph.D. and president of Calmas Associates,
the workshop provides specifics strategies to greatly improve communication
at work and manage people problems such as tardiness, procrastination,
gossip, absenteeism, etc. Workshop participants are encouraged to share
information about their most difficult co-workers.
