– Justin Bieber kicks off his first Australian tour in Brisbane

This is the only date the artist will play in the city before performing other exclusive shows in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth. The singer has filled some of the world’s biggest venues including Madison Square Garden in New York and this series of dates are set to sell out fast.

Teenage heart throb Bieber’s popularity with fans is proved by his long list of number one singles and his latest work My World 2.0 has topped the charts in 18 countries internationally. In Australia the album burst into the chart at number one and he also achieved a number one hit in the US Billboard charts. Added to the record sales are the string of music awards from the likes of MTV, Teen Choice and Young Hollywood which have recognised him as perhaps the best artist of his generation.

Fans will be booking Brisbane hotels for 26th April 2011 when the concert comes to town within the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Potential hit songs set to be played on the night include ‘Pray’, ‘Where Are You Now?’ and the R&B classic ‘Somebody to Love’.
