Meant to be Seen (mtbs3D.com), the first and only Stereoscopic 3D (S-3D) Certification and Advocacy group, has launched its first affiliate network.

Stereoscopic 3D refers to media that displays images with true volumetric depth through the assistance of special screens, monitors, projectors, and glasses. These technologies offer a new thrill to gaming and are becoming the equipment of choice for hardcore gamers.

ÒOn its own, MTBS has done very well. In just over two months, we are quickly approaching over 600 registered members, our industry profile is number one in the market, and we have captured the imagination and enthusiasm of the gaming community. NOW we can get started,Ó said Neil Schneider, President & CEO of Meant to be Seen.

MTBS has launched an affiliate network whereby independent gaming clans get complimentary promotion in exchange for encouraging members to join ÒMeant to be SeenÓ, and offering special benefits to MTBS members.

Feared Gamers is the first such clan to join the MTBS Affiliation network.

ÒIÕve been running Feared Gamers for two years, and I get a kick out of knowing that members of our community have lots of people to play with. MTBS has helped drive traffic to our site and servers, and our community is really digging what MTBS is all about. ItÕs the gaming that keeps us going,Ó said Chris Stevenson, Owner and Operator of Feared Gamers.

Feared Gamers/MTBS Affiliate Servers are accessible from mtbs3D.com and fearedgamers.net. A key benefit for getting a free MTBS registration is that at least 50% of the gaming slots are reserved for MTBS members, and this gives a big advantage to gamers trying to play in crowded servers.

Current game servers include Battlefield 2, Call of Duty 2, Counter-Strike Source, and more! There is also a special voice-chat Ventrilo server that is password protected for MTBS members only.

ÒMTBS is a certification and advocacy group. We are striving to get game developers to follow simple programming standards so their games can look their best in stereoscopic 3D. Every member we get is a confirmation that the industry is headed this way, and we will continue to take aggressive measures to grow and satisfy our valued membership,Ó explained Schneider.

Game developers, video game enthusiasts, and all interested parties are encouraged to register for free at http://www.mtbs3D.com and learn more about Feared Gamers at http://www.fearedgamers.net.
