The Ravello Festival, the oldest of its kind in Italy, is the first Italian music festival to distribute Multi Media Press Kits containing broacast quality footage from its main performances. With more than 100 events and 700 artists from five different continents, its truly a world music event, the festival has been featuring acclaimed acts such as famous conductors Krzysztof Penderecki and Valery Gergiev as well as the famous Marinsky Theatre Orchestra from St Petersburg.

The 2005 edition of the Ravello Festival runs for 80 days, from 1st of July running until the 18th of September offering music dance, cinema, theatre, exhibitions, visual arts and scientific congresses.
