This channel recruitment drive will see Focus moving from direct sales to Channel driven sales for their lower end solutions.
Speaking of their plans, Ali Hyder, CEO of Focus Softnet says “Focus has already established itself as a leading brand in the Middle East. We have acquired a good share of the higher end market segment and we want to improve the market share of our lower end solutions. We are looking towards the channels to plug this gap. We will recruit performance oriented resellers and channel partners at Gitex and give them lucrative offers to drive sales through the channels.�
Focus develops ERP/CRM application for solutions for mid-market segment. Focus RT the feature rich ERP from Focus Softnet covers Financials, Inventory & Warehousing, Sales & Distribution, Human Resources, Fixed Assets, and Production Planning. Focus6 is the mid-market accounting solution with over 1500 customers in UAE and over 2500 customers in the Middle East. Focus also caters to educational segment with its Academic Records Management System (ARMS) that covers entire administration modules for academic institutes.
Focus has started a training centre at their Sharjah Support Center, where Focus users and channel partners will be given in depth training on all their products. Focus also offers corporate group training and individual training for new and existing users.

We plan to promote and sell this product through our channel partners at a very special Gitex price which will be 25% lesser than the regular market price of the product. Our Point of Sale product is feature-rich, competitively priced and will be great value for money,� Ali explains.
The solutions developed by Focus Softnet are primarily business applications for different verticals. Major markets of Focus are India, Middle East and Far East. In Middle East, Focus has 10 offices covering entire GCC, Iran and Yemen.
