New Horizons launches unique IT Infrastructure Library at GITEX 2005

The New Horizon ITIL provides a comprehensive and consistent set of best practices for IT service management, to enterprises looking to align their IT infrastructures to improve business efficiency and service delivery. It promotes quality approaches to achieving effectiveness and efficiency in the use of information systems.
