Jack Astor’s Bar And Grill Unveils New Big Summer Eats Menu

Jim Mallon, managing partner of Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill located at 2300 Walnut St. in Cary, has announced that the restaurant has introduced a new menu that features seven new entrees providing guests with an enhanced dining experience. The updated menu includes Wasabi Chicken Salad, a marinated grilled chicken breast tossed with mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, green onions and fresh cilantro in a wasabi vinaigrette topped with red peppers, fresh mango and fiery peas, as well as barbecue ribs, pork baby back ribs served with backed beans, Southern slaw and honey cornbread. For dessert, Jack Astor’s new menu offers the Cracker Jack’s Sundae, a colossal sundae of vanilla ice cream rolled in peanut and caramel corn with crispy wanton strips, topped with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Jack Astor’s is a full service restaurant and sports bar that offers traditional favorites and provides guests with a fun atmosphere.
