Horizon Forest Products Expands Knoxville Warehouse Facility

Horizon Forest Products (HFP), a top distributor of products for hardwood flooring contractors and custom cabinetmakers in the southeast, has announced the relocation of its warehouse facility from Maryville to Knoxville, TN. The 15,000 square foot facility is located at 5502 Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville.

Knoxville Branch Manager, John Armfield, says that the move is indicative of the rate of growth that Horizon Forest Products has been experiencing and that relocating to Knoxville is inline with the company’s goals of becoming more centrally located to its customer base.

"Knoxville and Knox County continue to be a driving force in the growth of East Tennessee," says Armfield. "This move puts us closer to this growth and will allow us to better serve the entire area, including the Tri City area of Johnson City, Bristol, and Kingsport."

The Knoxville facility is almost double the size of the company’s former space in Maryville—going from 9,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet. Armfield says that this new space is large enough to allow Horizon Forest Products to continue to grow for several years.
