Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Trademark Properties, has announced that Bobby Windmeyer has joined the firm’s Commercial Brokerage Division. Windmeyer will focus his responsibilities on tenant and landlord representation services, as well as helping TradeMark clients identify lease and purchase opportunities for retail, office and flex space properties throughout the Triangle.

Windmeyer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Georgia Tech in 1999.
