Cooper has previous experience working in the hospitality industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from East Carolina University and a real estate certificate from Wake Tech Community College. Cooper, a North Carolina native, has also served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He resides in Raleigh.
