CRM boosts PRIAM growth

ERP mid-market software provider PRIAM announced a massive 30% growth in revenue with profits doubling this year.

According to Finance Director Christine McKimmie, the growth was due to 3 years of upgrading the PRIAM package.

"We invested heavily in incorporating full CRM functionality into our core ERP/CRM and e-commerce package. This involved fully integrating it with all Microsoft Office facilities and offering all the capabilities of stand-alone CRM and prospecting packages.

We believe this provides SMEs with the only totally integrated offering of CRM, call centre management, e-commerce, warehousing and distribution, database marketing and accounting.

We have also added CRM to both our scripting and project management packages because no company can handle any area of their business without thinking CRM."

Glyn Carvill, Commercial Director, added, "Our growth has also been due to working with large fulfilment companies such as Zendor, and developing e-commerce sites for companies like Playstation, JJB Sports and Tottenham Hotspur. However it is the CRM handling that ultimately has made the difference.

These results will confirm our plan of developing new modules and furthering our international expansion. Over the next year we expect to have offices in Australia and America."
