ORLANDO, Fla., March - SLS International (OTCBB: SITI) announced today that it has launched the LSB9315 Large Format Subwoofer speaker system at NSCA 2005 Expo which was held recently in Orlando, Florida. The LSB9315 is a large format subwoofer designed for use with the RLA/1 and RLA/1.5 line array systems, providing the extended low frequency energy demanded by today's performers and digital playback systems.

"We had tremendous interest in this new product at the Expo," said Jeff Lowry, SLS International's Director of Marketing. "Potential customers came up to us and commented on the flexibility that the speakers provide. We believe that the exposure we received at this widely attended event will generate numerous sales in the coming months"

With three 15" high power woofers, the LSB9315 has more acoustic mass and can handle more power than conventional double 18" subwoofers. Each woofer in the LSB9315 is wired independently to an NL8 connector allowing flexible wiring configurations and the LSB9315 rigs with the same hardware and lifting grid as the LS9000 and LS9900. We believe the LSB9315 is the ideal choice for applications requiring smooth, yet powerful low frequency output.

The LSB9315 incorporates three 15" woofers as the drive components that provide a linear frequency response of 35 to 200 Hz. The superior power handling capabilities of 1800 watts Rms (7200w peak) or three times 600 watts Rms (2400w peak) deliver a maximum sound pressure level of 137 dB calculated at one meter. The system has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms per speaker with a recommended crossover of a fourth order Lnk/Ril high pass at 30hz and 4th order Lnk/Ril low pass at 80hz.

The enclosure is made from 19-ply Baltic Birch plywood with a cabinet dimension of 16.187" (41.1cm) high in front and 14.031" (35.64cm) high in the rear, 29" (73.66cm) deep and 50" (127cm) wide without rigging or 54.4" (138.2cm) wide with rigging or 52.5" (133.35cm) wide for fixed installation. The system weighs in at 240 lbs.
