Consumers finally have a central location to make their complaints about the high price of gas and oil heard, as the new web site www. OilCompanyBastards.com web site makes its debut.

"Politicians want to get re-elected, no matter how much tax money these high prices bring in tax money", says Richard "Bronco" Jefferson, co-founder of this new site. "This site makes it easy for voters to alert their local politicians that the time has come to end these inflated prices".

OilCompanyBastards.com proudly features contact information for the majority of the petroleum companies.

The site’s resource directory allows consumers to find out how their vehicle(s) stack up in terms of miles per gallon, fuel tax rates for most states, and government information regarding heating oil and consumer tips.

This is in addition to frequently updated news stories on topics ranging from gas price comparisons to actions by politicians, and consumer tips.

Consumers are also encouraged to submit their ideas on coping with high gas and heating oil prices, with many of the entries published. The best submissions will also be featured on the OilCompanyBastards.com Home Page.

Daily visitors to OilCompanyBastards.com are asked to make at least one complaint each day or visit, whether to an oil company, local politician, or idea submission.

"We would like to see this lead the way in a consumer movement to put an end to this unfortunate price gouging", adds Jefferson. "In a way, I’d like to have OilCompanyBastards.com be a short-lived web site."

Business and personal web sites are asked and able to support the free web site www. OilCompanyBastards.com only by linking and providing publicity.
The site is active as of November 1, 2005.
