If you choose appliances that use solar water heat, solar space heat, photovoltaics, wind, biomass or geothermal heat pumps, opt for an Energy Smart Loan offering 4.0% below the lender rate for ten years.
Any multifamily, residential, commercial, industrial, retail or non-profit facility that is a customer of a one of New York’s six utilities may take advantage of the New York Energy Smart Loan for a reduced interest rate loan for renovation/construction of energy efficient facility or installation of renewable energy systems.
