Cincom Systems (India) Granted ISO 9001 Certification for the Second Time

NEW DELHI, India - November 7, 2005 - Cincom Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. (Cincom India), the Indian subsidiary of software and services company Cincom Systems, Inc., has been granted for the second time ISO 9001:2000 certification for its IT outsourcing operations. Conducted by the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001 is a set of international quality system standards used to assess a company’s ability to meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

"ISO certification assures U.S. companies they’re dealing with an offshore company that highly regards quality and reliability," said Ashish Paul, managing director, Cincom India. "ISO certification implies Cincom can perform just as well, if not better, than any other similar competitor. Cincom India is also undergoing certification with CMMI."

Since receiving certification the first time in 2002, Cincom India’s revenue has grown 300 percent.

Cincom India’s certification is valid until 2008.
