Wild Heart Ranch Unites the Hearts of Kids and Animals for Common Causes
POINT ROBERTS, WA, Delta, B.C. November 10, 2005 - Wild Heart Ranch, Inc., (www.WildHeartRanch.com) a toy and publishing company is proud to launch a contest through its online "Kids' Club" that will publicly applaud and recognize the everyday good deeds of animal lovers worldwide. The Wild Heart Ranch "Story of the Month" contest asks readers to contribute their stories of altruism and goodwill towards the animal kingdom. The purpose of the contest is to spread the message to participants that "kids can make a difference"; submit your story on how you are helping animals, wild or domestic, to have a better life.
Wild Heart Ranch children's books and toys empower children and create awareness of endangered animal organizations and Non Profit Associations. The Wild Heart Ranch mission is not only to produce non-violent children’s toys and books, but to also raise the overall awareness of animals in danger of extinction. In addition Wild Heart Ranch looks to encourage the efforts of those individuals, associations and organizations that utilize their resources to better the cause of endangered species and of the environment. Wild Heart Ranch features toys and stories about wild horses (No More Night Mares toys and book), sea horses (I Sea Horses toys and book), and wild camels (Bradford and the Journey to the Desert of Lop toys and books) and features links and educational resources for parents and kids to get involved.
The animal world needs champions to survive, and the Wild Heart Ranch website features stories and articles about people like Wild Horse Annie, who lobbied congress to pass the Free-Roaming Wild Horse and Burro act in 1971. Learn about the Wild Camel Protection Foundation founded by John Hare, with patron Jane Goodall, whose organization (www.wildcamels.com) protects wild bactrian camels in the Desert of Lop. Wild Heart Ranch also wishes to recognize and encourage the acts of kindness and goodwill towards animals that kids can do every day, through their "Story of the Month" contest.
