Barteak launches new property website for first-time buyers

First-time buyers in the Midlands can now get full details of brand-new, affordable apartments across the region, after Solihull-based property development company Barteak (which specialises in apartments throughout Midlands) launched its new website.

Barteak develops apartments which are particularly suited for first-time buyers, young professionals and the investment market for two main reasons: first, the price range normally starts at less than £120,000; and, second, apartments are brand new and come complete with fixtures and fittings so that they can be lived in from day one.

The new website - at www.barteak.co.uk - provides full details on all currently available developments, which include:

* Merton Street, Banbury, prices from £120,000, expected to be complete June 2006 onwards.
* Blurton, Stoke-on-Trent, prices from £89,000, expected to be complete July 2006.
* Crocketts Lane, Smethwick, prices from £95,000, expected to be complete June 2006.
* Stone Street, Oldbury Ringway, prices from £95,000, expected to be complete from Autumn 2007.
