IT services provider with focus on technology migration and optimisation drives new business

Hammond brings to Centiq a wide range of consultancy expertise for the technology industry that will help the company to build on its recent listing in the Sunday Times / Tech Track 100 of fastest-growing UK technology companies.
Beginning professional life as a salesman in IBM, Hammond then moved to become a Sales Manager at Systems Integrator Catalyst Solutions, before moving to on to Silver Lake, a leading player in providing training and development to technology companies such as Cisco, BT and Nokia, initially taking a consultants role and then subsequently becoming the Sales Director.
Hammond subsequently relocated to the USA to join infrastructure company Notability Solutions where he set up their Managed Services Centre in Chicago. He progressed from sales and marketing manager to commercial director, managing business development and the professional services organisation and when Notability was acquired by Logicalis he advised the company on key elements of the ongoing acquisitions and integration into the computing company. He graduated from Middlesex University with an MBA, writing his dissertation on ‘Changing from a product-led to a services-led company’.
