1705Prime Launches Expanded Menu

Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that 1705Prime Chophouse and Events, a steakhouse and catering facility located at 1705 E. Millbrook Road, has launched an expanded menu. The improved menu will feature angus beef as well as prime beef with a vast variety of cuts which will range from ribeyes to filet mignon. The beef entrées will still be prepared with the same precision and attention to detail as 1705Prime’s signature prime beef meals. 1705Prime will offer new seafood, poultry and side items as well, including Alaskan salmon, yellowfin tuna, Maine lobster risotto, brick chicken and New Zealand rack of lamb. Another new feature of 1705Prime is an extensive cigar menu in the Stinger Lounge, North Raleigh’s finest upscale lounge.
