Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties Leasing Advisor Receives Busy Broker Award

Billie Redmond, CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (www.trademarkproperties.com), has announced that Fred Dickens, commercial leasing advisor for the firm, has received the inaugural Busy Broker Award, presented by Triangle Business Journal as part of its annual SPACE Awards. The SPACE Awards honor the Triangle’s most prominent economic development projects, most innovative commercial real estate developers and largest real estate transactions for the previous year. All 2008 SPACE Award honorees were recognized at Triangle Business Journal’s SPACE Awards celebration held on Feb. 1 at the North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh. Attendees included the top commercial real estate executives, economic development officials and service industry executives, as well as Triangle community leaders.

The Busy Broker Award recognizes an individual real estate broker with the highest number of lease deals and sales transactions consummated during a one-year contest period. All nominees must be licensed in the state of North Carolina and must reside in the Triangle region. Dickens consummated 42 documented lease deals and sales transactions for TradeMark Properties in 2007. A majority of his deals were on behalf of the owners of his property listings in the Raleigh market.

Dickens has been with TradeMark Properties since 2003. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving a degree in Political Science. He resides in Raleigh.
