Attorney Scott E. Squillace will be co-presenting a workshop entitled "Income, Gift and Estate Tax Planning for Non-Citizen Residents in the U.S." for the National Business Institute on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 3:30 PM EST. Attorney Squillace will focus his remarks on international estate and tax planning.

"I am honored to be presenting on the topic of international estate planning. It is a confusing and challenging environment for lawyers to navigate their non-citizen clients through the current tax environment," Squillace said. The National Business Institute is recommending that the workshop is designed for attorneys but that it will also benefit estate and financial planners, trust officers, accountants and CPAs, tax professionals, and paralegals. "I have had the privilege of working in a variety of countries and look forward to sharing those experiences with participants on how to understand and prioritize international estate planning complexities and tax issues," he continued.
