Toolbox Drop the Price on the ROK 3.6v Cordless Screwdriver

Within two weeks of coming into stock at Toolbox, the ROK range of power tools has already become some of the best sellers on the website. This clearly shows that if a manufacturer does enough market research and develops a set of tools that meet customer’s needs; they will certainly be successful.

Due to a high level of popularity and a large number of sales; the Toolbox marketing department has decided to run a special promotion on individual tools in the ROK range. The second tool that has received this special treatment is the ROK 3.6v cordless screwdriver which has been reviewed below.

Since the range has been launched, there has been a large amount of tool enthusiasts writing about them in magazines and other online publications. The following is an extract from a tool magazine review: "Sometimes you just want something small, light and convenient – and that’s where this ROK 3.6V tool scores. It’s compact and cheap, but the price doesn’t mean it lacks features.
It’s powered by a 3.6V battery that takes between three and five hours to charge from the supplied plug-in charger – it connects into a socket on the pistol grip. Starting at the business end, the RPCSDL has a simple magnetic chuck, which takes standard hexagonal-shaft screwdriver bits (a set of 12 bits and an extension holder are included) and allows quick changeovers."

This isn’t the only ROK power tool that comes highly praised. Earlier on in the week another review was published on the ROK 105W palm sander which received equally high feedback and was recommended as the product of the week.
If these two tools from the ROK range are anything to go by, it’s safe to assume that the other 17 which make up the entire ROK set are just as brilliant. It’s almost impossible to source tools at this price point without sacrificing on quality – but it appears that Toolbox have struck the nail on the head with this range. Anyone who isn’t buying on ‘brand’ and is actually buying on price-point will likely not find better than ROK.
