Compensation & Leadership Solutions, LLC today announced the launch of its comprehensive consulting services for management and boards of directors. Headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD, the firm offers client solutions exclusively in the areas of executive compensation, staff compensation, independent director compensation and leadership development services for public, private and nonprofit organizations, ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

The firm leverages the experience of premier consultants, defined as consultants that have had at least 80 percent of their clients return for subsequent assignments, with former in-house HR corporate industry experts. This allows Compensation & Leadership Solutions, LLC to offer clients the broadest perspective to provide optimal and customized solutions within its practice areas.

Cardy has more than 35 years of experience in the development of executive and staff total rewards and performance management systems and programs. His experience includes work both as a premier consultant and in-house corporate leader. For the past 10 years he worked with PRM Consulting Group at its Washington, D.C. headquarters where he was the top producing principal. He also served in senior HR leadership roles at NASDAQ and FINRA, and earlier in his career at Contel Corporation’s Federal Systems Sector, Rockwell-Collins and the General Electric Company.

Other team members include Christian Britton and Andrew Goresh. Britton is expert in market pricing analysis, peer group formation, classification analysis, salary structure development and job analysis. Goresh, like Cardy, has worked as both a premier consultant and internal HR expert. He has more than 30 years of consulting and senior HR executive experience in organizational and leadership development focused on boards of directors facilitations and services, coaching and mentoring, executive and employee retention, strategy development, performance management and cultural transformation. Goresh heads the firm’s Boston, MA office.
