Doug Harrison joins Pegasus Intellectual Capital Solutions as Partner and head of Turnaround Managem

Pegasus Intellectual Capital Solutions LLC announced today that Doug Harrison has joined it as Partner and will lead the Turnaround Management and Management Consulting practices. Mr. Harrison is the former Chief Operating Officer of Lyon Workspace Products, LLC and is a career long operating manager with extensive experience in distressed company turnarounds. His experience includes plant reorganizations, sales force realignments, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, PBGC negotiations, creditor negotiations, supply chain optimization, ERP implementation, project management, lean manufacturing, quality assurance, strategic planning and KPI development.
