Competitive Landscape

Telemarketing SA took the lead in homeshopping in Greece in 2012 as former leader La Redoute announced its withdrawal. The company managed to maintain its value share in a shrinking environment, seeing that in actual terms its value sales decreased due to falling consumer demand. Telemarketing is a "variety store" retailer selling "inventory" items of any category, from food to apparel, home care and housing, hence losing out as consumers reduced spontaneous purchases.
