Headline Expenditure Projections

Computer Hardware Sales: HUF239bn in 2014 to HUF246bn in 2015, an increase of 3.0% in local currency terms. Growth in local currency terms but contraction of 11.5% in US dollar terms, with desktop, notebook and tablet shipments all forecast to contract in 2015.

Software Sales: HUF117bn in 2014 to HUF121bn in 2015, an increase of 3.5% in local currency terms. Enterprise demand will continue to increase, but after OS upgrade demand was brought forward to 2014 we forecast a deceleration in software spending growth in 2015.

IT Services Sales: HUF216bn in 2014 to HUF228bn in 2015, an increase of 5.4% in local currency terms. The services market is developing as Hungary becomes a more important outsourcing location, while cloud computing services are the fastest area of growth.
