21North launched mobile app (IOS & Android) desgined to bring convenience to people. Its an On Demand Platform to enable app users to connect with authorized automobile workshops for all kind of repair and maintenance work for their vehicle.

21North App Features include:
- Selecting the date, time and place of pick up
- Selecting service centers
- Choosing the type of service (My driver wherein Customer /his driver drives the vehicle to workshop or 21North Driver where 21North driver drives the Vehicle to workshop
- The service requests/complaints of the vehicle i.e the work to be performed on Vehicle
- A 21North ambassador/driver will be assigned 1 hour prior to the pick-up time
- After pick up, the app users can track their vehicle going to the service center
- Once the job is completed, the 21North Ambassador will deliver the vehicle to the delivery point.
- The users will be notified of total amount to be paid and ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) of their vehicle
- Multiple online payment methods like Debit card, Credit card, Net Banking or Mobile wallet can be selected to settle the amount before delivery

Convenience Fee Estimate
The 21North mobile app users can find out the Convenience Fee before placing the request. The users just need to set the pick-up point, service center and delivery point (if different from pick up point) and tap on Estimate Convenience Fee. The platform will calculate an approximate amount based on distance. So there are never any surprises.

Service History
Service history of the vehicle can be accessed by the user including date of service, service center, odometer reading, service bill and amount. All these would be available under the History tab. It can be kept handy for accounting purpose or at the time of sale of the vehicle or any other purpose.

21North adds another feature of sending the notifications at regular intervals updating the status of the users’ vehicle when it is under service booking. It also sends service reminders for the next service due, insurance renewal and pollution under control renewals. These notifications help a user ensure the vehicle is always road fit and helps them avoid steep penalties.

After delivery of the vehicle, 21North provide MANDATORY rating and feedback on their Ambassadors/Drivers and Service Centers. This will help improve the service offerings to constantly meet 21North customer expectations. The service center rating would also help other customers choose the best service center.
