Grimaldi’s Pizzeria Now Open at Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach

The Brooklyn based restaurant Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is now open at Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach, Florida. This authentic pizzeria has over 100 years of experience making pizza. Now Grimaldi’s will share this experience with the patrons of Northwest Florida.

Grimaldi’s has won more awards than any other pizzeria in the country. Only fresh ingredients, handmade mozzarella cheese as well as a ‘secret recipe’ for dough and pizza sauce are used for each pizza pie created. The intense heat of a coal fired brick oven bakes the pies evenly for a crisp crust and unique flavor that Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is known for.

Patsy Grimaldi, the founder of Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, learned to make pizza at his uncle’s pizzeria in Italian Harlem at the age of 10. Years later Grimaldi opened his own pizzeria in Brooklyn, New York. Today there are thirty-seven locations across the United States including Texas, Nevada, Idaho, Louisiana, Florida, Arizona, Colorado, California, South Carolina and New York. In 2015 the Restaurant Business Magazine named them in the top 50 fastest growing restaurant groups.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria was rated the number one pizzeria in all of New York by Zagat Survey and was chosen as one of the five best pizzerias in the United States by the Food Network. The menu offers personal, small and large pizza pies with the choice of red, white or pesto sauce as well as personal, small and large Calzones. Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is located at Grand Boulevard next to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. The pizzeria is centrally located on highway 98 between the popular beach destinations of Destin and Seagrove, Florida.
