JDavis Architects Designed Development Recognized By Downtown Raleigh Alliance

Jeff Davis, president of JDavis Architects, PLLC (www.jdavisarchitects.com), a full-service architecture, landscape architecture and interior design firm, recently announced that Palladium Plaza has received the 2008 Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) Imprint Award. Roland Gammon, president of White Oak Properties, the developer of Palladium Plaza, was present to accept the award at the DRA’s Annual Meeting on Wednesday, April 1 at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel. The Imprint Awards recognize and celebrate new construction and rehabilitation projects that significantly contribute to the identity of Downtown Raleigh.

Palladium Plaza is a five-story concrete frame condominium project that abuts the parking deck of the recently completed Progress Energy headquarters. The building fronts a full city block along Blount Street and turns the corner at Cabarrus Street where it ties into a City of Raleigh parking deck. The project consists of both street level townhome units and second level flats.
