Competitive Landscape

Retail Food Group continued to lead chained street stalls/kiosks in 2014. The company strengthened its position through the acquisition of mobile coffee operator Cafe2U, which resulted in a two-percentage-point increase in terms of value share, reaching a total share of 9% in street stalls/kiosks. The company is present in the category through its Donut King and Brumby’s GO! brands, which both also have a component of their outlets represented in bakery products fast food. Brumby’s GO! is an extension of the Brumby’s bakery chain that offers on-the-go fresh baked snacks, baguettes and rolls, hot savoury products and hot and cold beverages.
