JDavis Architects’ Design Named Best New Retail Development

Jeff Davis, president of JDavis Architects, PLLC (www.jdavisarchitects.com), a full-service architecture, landscape architecture and interior design firm, has announced that HighPark Village was named the Best New Retail Development at the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW) 2008 Champion Awards. The 2008 awards were handed out during an awards luncheon on April 24 at the Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, N.C.

Designed by JDavis, the renovated shopping center was honored for its excellent functionality and aesthetics. The center’s exterior façade has been refinished in brick and stucco with decorative fabric awnings, featuring a covered plaza for outdoor dining. HighPark Village is located on Whitaker Mill Road in Raleigh.

The TCREW Champion Awards is an annual program that honors commercial real estate leaders, deals and projects in the Triangle commercial real estate industry. TCREW, which is comprised of more than 160 members, is an organization which provides a forum for fostering relationships among commercial real estate women professionals in the Triangle market.
