Almost all soft drinks categories managed edge forward in the Q4-15 with the only exceptions seen in juice, nectars and syrups. Very aggressive price promotions that lasted for a short period of time made premium brands in most of the soft drinks categories affordable for the average consumer. ACB categories' growth was further driven by health trends in the country. Beer also avoided a negative trend because of Heineken and Carlsberg late marketing investments. PL is present in almost all categories, but the only relevant share was reserved in squash/syrups due to the poor brand loyalty and brand image from all important players.
